What is The Collab?

The Collab is an online marketplace for farmers and florists of Northeast Ohio to connect and purchase locally grown flowers in wholesale quantities. Save time by shopping all of your local farms in one spot!

How does The Collab work?

The Collab is open from Thursday to Monday for purchases. New product is posted Thursday morning at 9am. Once ordering is closed, farmers harvest stems and deliver to our central location at Frayed Knot Farm. Frayed Knot Farm is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-12pm for pickup. Delivery is also available Wednesday and Thursday.

Wait, so I’m buying flowers that aren’t cut yet?

Yes. Products on The Collab are not harvested until they are sold. This is to ensure freshness and quality across the process of bringing stems from farm to florist. All product is harvested the week of delivery/pickup unless specified otherwise. The promise of The Collab is to deliver the freshest product available.

Does The Collab sell retail?

Yes! You can pre-order bulk amounts of stems from our DIY Floral page.

How do I sign up for The Collab?

Signing up is simple, just fill out our Wholesale Form and we will review your account. We will email you once your account is verified. Account verification can take up to a week. Please allow ample time between sign up and the time you need to order.

What if I need specific items? Can I request product?

Yes! We work tirelessly to meet your specific needs. If you foresee a need that local flowers can fill, you can complete our Floral Request Form here,

We also offer preorder buckets. If you want to simplify ordering and support local, this may be the option for you!

What type of payment do you accept?

Online payments accepted are credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Payment on location for The Pop Up is restricted to credit card, Venmo or Apple Pay.

Where is your pickup location?

Our pickup location is at Frayed Knot Farm:

15041 Auburn Rd.

Newbury Township, OH 44065

Pickup is available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-12pm. Please contact us if you need special pickup times so we can accommodate your schedule the best we can.

Flowers will be brought out to you in Collab buckets or you can come back to the cooler if you’d like to use your own buckets and we will fill them with fresh water and exchange the flowers.
Flowers will be wrapped in 10 stem bunches (stem counts for price per stem varieties may vary) and labeled with each origin farm.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver! We are LOCAL farmers serving LOCAL designers and florists. Our delivery is set to ONLY Northeast Ohio locations and limited to more populated areas. If you live on the fringe, please reach out as we would like to be as accommodating as possible!

Delivery is $20 on orders of $100 or more. We do not offer delivery on orders less than $100.
